Unit 4:            Customer Service

This Unit of your course gives you specific tips and skills on how to look after your customer in the best way possible.

Unit 6:            Good Practice Safety Guide for Public Events

The Home Office has produced a good practice safety guide for small and sporting events taking place on the highway, roads and public places; this is an abridged version of that guide and is an important database of skills and knowledge you will require should you want to run any of these forms of events.

Unit 9:            Choosing the Right Venue for an Event

This unit provides you with added information on what you need to know and do to find the right venue to fit your requirements. It might sound easy but it is not. Selection is critical in showing your client that you have the ability to take the information provided and come up with the venue requirements to fit their needs.
